CV Review
Hello, this is our first approach. We like to know your profile and know what you can offer us, that's why we review the resumes one by one. If your profile meets the requirements, you will move on to the next phase!
Phone Screen
We liked your profile, so we want to go one step further with you, we want to meet you! We will contact you to give you more details about the position you have applied for, take the opportunity to ask questions and tell us more about yourself.
Test yourself: Try-out
In this phase we will test your knowledge and skills, you will go through some knowledge and skills tests. No worries: if it's meant to be, it will be.
Competencies Interview
In this phase you will meet with the People area. A psychologist from our team will evaluate your profile, experience and skills in depth. Do not stay with anything, ask everything you want.
Cultural fit
If something identifies us, it is our culture, our identity: that which makes us GrowPro. We want to know if you match our culture and values, so in a brief interview with the People area we will assess if we are compatible adventurous souls.
Interview with the leader
It's been a long road, but we're almost done. It's time for you to know who you'll be working with! Your direct leader will interview you and make sure that you are definitely the person we are looking for.
